So we've done it yet again, though in this timeline, it's a first colony world, in a very wet collection of archipelagoes. Still, same same, we've genetically altered humans into light piscean, feline, simian mutants, and tossed them into oceans everywhere with precious island footing.
Then we abandoned them because back on Earth we faced our existential crisis, only returning after we supposedly died, ready to take over control once more. Only that migrants gone native now thrive the waters, despite being diluted by yet more clueless invaders from origin planet.
