We kept on watching, as their edifices kept on crumbling. In ancient times, only specialists were visible in their messaging, while the sensible wisdom of the people were studiously snubbed, even when the futility of gratuitous commercial messaging was starkly questioned.
Then the forced world change came and seemingly left - but never did - and to our expected horror, they really went back to business as ancient normal, only to continue failing. Straight back to forcing people to travel back and forth and everywhere, polluting with fossil fuels sprayed into the air, in order to personally huddle close for the body warmth of being seen obediently working in servitude, when less productivity and innovation continued to be achieved, just more groupthink.
