only those who listen
Those who hide the most secrets are not the worst of all. They keep leaking open information, the more uncontrollably, the harder they control. Even the best stealth at cloaking gives maximum negative information of what is, is actually elsewhere.
And what about those who persistently, pervasively lie and deceive, so that facts are misinterpreted, and truths remain hidden? Not a permanent situation, with rigours of reason and diligence, revelations force open their exposures.
