oh, the inertia…

What a year. For the 2nd year running, what I resolved on this first day of another 365, I have kept going, as the positive momentum it should, the constructive inertia that adds on to inevitable moving forward, water vapour droplet to Earth climates.

What I didn't like was using 3 totems, too many, to signal this annual’s determination, when I now conclude that 1 is enough, going forward into 2024. To recall for you, I have been a more lasting graphite core of flexibility, a non-metal that can transmit current, and not a diamond that does not flow nor lasts,

functioning as a seemingly useless solar sail that continues picking up speed in the void, and recording as an indelible tree ring upon vegetation soon gone, mortal as ever.

Building on another Sol cycle, it's time to return to the commonplace, which like common sense is neither ubiquitous nor doing enough right.
