When I chose this year’s resolution and totem, I could have suspected at the start, that half a year later, I would get what I wanted, yet more than I asked for. That the discipline of being ordinary would be too much the boring surprise of actually getting things done, inches at a time.
And that the role model of being human would be so potently prosaic as a catalyst of wealthy human masses, that one has to operate constantly through blubber layers of inertia, hypocrisy and fossil structures.
