Priority is not just decided by what you are supposed to must do, to earn money that the boss is forced to part with for you, so that you can exchange for barely adequate resources, to live on to be squeezed for yet another workday. And in the end to be judged most worthy, because you were most blindly loyal, and brought those at the illusory top their most benefits.
You call this productive, efficient, profitable, competitive, and progressive with every bit of your tunnel vision, and not a whit of irony.
Optimistic as you might be with such jargon, it has easily become toxic denial of not truly sustaining the best of workers’ natural strengths and improvements over apparent weaknesses.
Optimalise is instead fully self-aware, not hobbled by the crush of social norms, pro-actively starting ahead to get things right even before the future is blatantly in your faces. It is daring to be vulnerable and sensitive in the face of adversity, because therein find the invincible, resilient, and triumphant.
