I feel down, any time, anywhere, not every moment, though persistently. That does not mean you're diagnosed with depression like me, but you can benefit from keeping your mind on the meaningful, and allowing your body to do the essentials, rather than just falling into the pits to swallow in self-doom.
I feel stressed, all the time, every way, and over everything. But that does not trap me in anxiety, and likewise you can handle such an affliction, by choosing to stay focused on getting stuff done that matters most to oneself, and in general.
