Do not agree with those you disagree. Affirm their strong points, change not your most strongly held positions still otherwise unconvinced, but don't waste resources being most correct. In time their stances may weaken, yet don't expend yourself dancing revenge where they rest silenced. You are responsible for preparing defences; they for creating blunders.
Do avoid working against those with whom you agree. Question their most cherished assumptions and inertia, honestly brave their renunciations of treachery against thee. You are working for their optimal evolution, sweat not for petty glories and gratitudes. But try to be there for their every crises, though you must remember to drink, rest, clean up, and clear out for yourself.
