Don't envy the rich
you're culpable too
I say our family is relatively structurally poor. So I've been guilty for long of blaming the rich for our plight, wishing they would just give away all their wealth till they became as needy as us, and then we ignore them as we continue the incessant hell of bemoaning our now common, shared plight.
I've come to realise that the richest in the world can be as miserable as the poorest amongst us all, and I'm glad I'm more well-off than them.
First, with so much money, everything can be bought easily. Think about it again: not really. Everything can now cost so many times more for the same type of product or service, because now that you can spend, the cheapest good-enough stuff won't do. There likely needs to be approved high status attached to whatever one uses and owns.
