1 - Back to the rooms which are actually interfacing with the outdoors rather than being surrounded by them, then even city settlements are but part of the great landscape, especially when one level of the wild transits into another of urban build-up, blending as a whole place, or entering through sewers and caverns and not just ostensive portals.
But it’s always headcanon, someone or something else’s arbitrary design, map, architecture. Ideally, infinite spaces should lead to endless varieties of yet more, possibly risking terrible chaos of never returning to home of the past, triggering to ever madness. Then, is there meaning to continuing adventuring, when you have utterly lost your mind?
More realistically, enjoy one creator’s imperfect world after another, and approach manageable versatility, sanely. ??
2 - It’s a crazy home, and a sensibly insane country, when you’re born full of innocent gusto, grow to fail in its thoroughgoing control, mature broken in a typical society becoming increasingly unreasonable as you age, and then age in an unexpected emergence of being true, in a still indifferent community too tranced in hectic rush towards generations of graves.
So you surround yourself with too few family and kin and friends, never taking for granted how tuned and in affinity your wavelengths and frequencies are, and proceed with natural velocities towards preferred lives denied and ignored by the
overwhelming majority, doomed to their ways as they have always been, throughout their culled and selectively curated partial entireties of so much missing histories, too big to fail, and too disastrous to change, except restarting from scratch, after counteless recurring abrupt collapses anyway.
